Why is this a rare opportunity? Kargi Gogo used to be a food cart, and sadly it closed back in 2015.
Kargi Gogo was such a great Portland food cart that it made the cut to be a chapter in Steven’s first book – Portland Food Cart Stories and Steven has even eaten their wonderful food on the cooking channel.
